Digital Delivery Policy

FluVana apps are digital HTML files. Nothing physical is shipped. You download the file and open it in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer.

What You Receive

• A single HTML app or the files included with your selected product.
• One-time access with no subscription or recurring fee.
• A download link on the order confirmation page.
• A download link sent to the email address used at checkout.
• Access through your customer account under My Apps.

How Delivery Works

1. Complete checkout. Payment and applicable tax are handled by Whop, our merchant of record.
2. After payment is confirmed, open the download link on the confirmation page or in your email.
3. Download and unzip the file.
4. Open the HTML app in a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.

The apps work offline after they are opened. Some products may include optional cloud sync when that feature is stated on the product page.

When Should I Receive My Download?

Delivery is normally immediate. If your link has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder first.

If it is still missing, email us and we will help.

Problems With Delivery or Access

Email support@fluvana.com with your order number, the app name, and the email address used at checkout.

We can resend a missing link and help with a file that will not open, save, or work as described.

Refunds

If you no longer want the product, or delivery does not work, see our Refund Policy.

FluVana offers a 30-day money-back promise. Faults and reasonable changes are handled free of charge.
