FluVana apps are digital files, so there is nothing to post back. That does not mean you are stuck with something you do not want.
Our promise
Not right? Tell us first — we fix faults free, and we change anything you want, free. If you still do not want it, you have 30 days to get your money back. No forms, no arguing.
We ask you to tell us first for one reason: we built these apps ourselves, so most problems are fixed the same day, and most “it does not quite fit” is a free change away. But it is a request, not a condition. The 30 days stand either way.
Fixes and changes cost nothing

Try before you buy
Some apps have a free demo — the real app with sample data in it. Click through every screen before you spend anything. Cannot find one? Email us and ask.
The only limits
- After 30 days the guarantee has ended — but ask anyway. We read every email and we have never refused a genuine problem.
- Repeated buy-and-refund of the same app. Once is fine, and we will not quibble. A pattern is not.
- We cannot recover data you lost by clearing your browser storage. That is not a refund matter — every app has an export button, please use it.
That is the whole list. You do not have to prove a fault, explain yourself, or fill anything in.
Browser support
The apps need a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. If yours will not run on a browser we support, that is a fault and we fix it free.
EU and UK buyers
You have 14 days to cancel any online purchase. For downloads that right ends once the download starts, if you agreed to this at checkout. If you have not downloaded yet, you can cancel for any reason.
Our 30-day promise is on top of this, and it is more generous. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
How to ask
Email [email protected] with your order number. You do not need to explain why.
We reply within 1 business day. Refunds reach your card in 5–10 business days.
Please email before opening a chargeback. We have never refused a genuine problem, and a message solves it in hours instead of weeks.
