Bought an app and it is almost right? Your categories, your wording, your colours — tell us what to change and we rebuild it for you, free.
Not a discount, not a trial. It is simply how FluVana works: one person builds these apps, so changing one is a small job, and a customer using an app that fits is worth more than five dollars.
Broken is free. Changed is free too.
If something does not work, that is a fault and we fix it — always free, usually the same day.
If it works fine but does not match how you think, that is a change. Also free. You never have to decide which one it is: just tell us what is bothering you.
What we will change
- Rename things — your categories and wording instead of ours
- Add fields — an extra column, category, or tracker
- Remove sections you will never use
- Change the look — your colours, or your own name in the header
- Currency or date format we did not build in
- Small calculations — an extra total or summary line
Send as many as you like in one message and we do them together.
Bigger jobs
A whole new section, a rebuild for a different purpose, a full translation, or a connection to another service — that is real work, so we quote you first, with no obligation. You are free to say no and keep the app you bought.
Plenty of FluVana apps started as somebody's custom request.
How to ask
- Email [email protected] with your order number and what you want changed
- Tell us what you are trying to achieve, not just what to change — we often spot a better way
- We send you a new file, usually within a day or two
- Not right? Say so and we do it again — still free
Your custom file is yours to keep, same as the original. Works offline, no account, nothing to pay.
The short fine print
- Free customization applies to an app you have bought
- One round of changes per order, and a redo if we misread your brief
- We are one person, so please send everything in a single message rather than one at a time
- Bigger jobs are quoted first — you will never be charged without agreeing to it
- Custom files follow the same licence terms as the original
