Before you buy
What exactly do I get?
One HTML file. You download it, open it in any browser, and it works. There is no app to install, nothing to subscribe to, and nothing we host on your behalf.
Do I need Excel or Google Sheets?
No. That is the whole point. Everything is buttons, dashboards and charts — there are no formulas to break and no cells to drag.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Once the file is on your device it runs with no internet at all.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. Every app is built for a phone as well as a laptop. Most people set theirs up on a computer and use it day to day on their phone.
Can I try it first?
Several apps include a free demo you can open before buying. If the one you want does not, email us and ask.
Do I have to create an account?
The app does not need one — it runs on your device with no login at all. Buying does create a free FluVana account, made for you at checkout with no extra form to fill in. That is where your files and every future version live, so you can re-download any time without emailing us for a link.
After you buy
How do I open it?
Unzip the file you download, then double-click the .html file inside. It opens in your normal browser.
Where are my files if I lose them?
Under My apps in your account. Your purchase is stored there, so you can download it again.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes. Install it on as many of your own devices as you like. You just cannot resell it or give the file away.
Do I get updates?
Yes, for life. Re-download the latest version of anything you bought, free, for as long as the app exists. There is no renewal and no second payment.
Your data
Is what I type private?
What you type into a FluVana app stays on your device. We cannot see it.
What is cloud sync?
An optional feature, off by default. Turn it on and your app data is stored on our servers so you can reach it from another device. Only your account can read it. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Do you see my card details?
No. Payment is handled by Whop, who are the merchant of record. Your card number never reaches us.
Money
Something is broken. What does a fix cost?
Nothing. Faults are always free to fix, and most are sorted the same day. Tell us before asking for a refund — we built these ourselves, so we can usually just fix it.
Can I have it changed to suit me?
Yes, and it costs nothing. Tell us what you want different — your categories, your wording, your colours, an extra field — and we rebuild the app around it and send it back. Usually within a day or two. See what we will change.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Tell us first — we fix faults free and change anything you want, free, so most people never need one. If you still do not want the app, you have 30 days to get your money back in full. No forms, no arguing. Read the refund policy.
Is there a discount for more than one?
Yes, and it applies by itself in the cart: 10% off at $35, 20% off at $55. No code needed.
