Track the work behind the report

• Manage a multi-student caseload with initials or student codes, grade, case manager, IEP dates, and review dates.
• Create goals with baseline, target, due date, and common measurement types including percent, count, trials, rubric, yes/no, and rate/WCPM.
• Log progress data with date, setting, task or activity, score, total possible, prompt level, and notes.
• Review progress charts over time against the goal target.
• Track service minutes, missed sessions, accommodations, meetings and deadlines, behavior records, and communication.
• Print a student progress report, IEP meeting packet, service compliance report, accommodations sheet, or caseload summary.
• Use the interface in English, Spanish, or French.

Data storage is your choice

Device-only mode requires no account and works without cloud sync. Your data stays in the browser on that device. Optional cloud sync is available if you choose it and your district permits storing student data in a third-party cloud service. Export a backup regularly, especially before clearing browser data or moving to another device.

How to use it

• Open the PDF and use the private access link inside it to download the app.
• Follow the guide to open the app in your browser.
• Choose device-only storage or optional cloud sync during setup.
• Start with a blank workspace or explore the included sample data.
